Account and Profile
Your account is a MindFull account rather than a Kakapo one, and the same account opens every MindFull product. Nothing about it is managed here.
Your profile, password, and sign-in methods
Your name, profile photo, password, and connected sign-in providers live with your MindFull account. Manage them from your account settings, reached from MindFull Backoffice.
Kakapo has no separate password and no profile of its own to keep in step with that one.
Signing out
Kakapo has no sign-out of its own, because it is not a separate place to sign in to. Use Logout in the account menu at the top right of Backoffice, and the bot builder closes with it on that browser.
Other devices stay signed in. Signing out on your laptop does not close a session on your phone.
If you need to close them all, after a lost phone or a password you think someone else has, use Sign out everywhere in your MindFull account settings, under Security. It ends every session on every device, including the one you are using.
Which Workspace you are in
Kakapo is part of MindFull Backoffice, so your bots belong to the Workspace you are working in there. Its name is in the trail at the top of every page, and where you belong to more than one Workspace that name is the switcher too.
Usage and billing
Your Workspace holds one MindFull subscription that includes Kakapo along with an AI allowance, so there is nothing to buy for Kakapo on its own and nothing to manage here.
