Send a customer a link to write their own inquiry

One-time links that open on what you already settled, and can hold the dates.

When you are already talking to somebody, on the phone or in a chat, you can send them a link instead of typing their inquiry in yourself. They fill in their details and what they want, and it arrives in your CRM inbox as an inquiry like any other.

  1. Open Inquiries and choose Share link.
  2. Fill in whatever the conversation has already settled: what it is about, how many guests, the dates and time, and the customer's name and contact details. Everything is optional. Whatever you fill in is already on the form when they open it, and they can change any of it.
  3. Choose Create link, copy the link, and send it however you are talking to them.

The link is shown once. If you lose it, make another. It is listed under the customer's name in Settings, then CRM, then Inquiry links.

What the customer sees

A page in your business's name, with the details you filled in already there. They can pick what it is about from what you have published, or keep what you picked. If that item has a price in your catalog, the page shows an indicative price for the dates they type, and says that you confirm the price in the booking agreement. If the dates they type are not free on your calendar, the page says so and lets them send anyway. They add their email or phone number, anything else they want to say, and send it. Nothing is paid for and nobody has to sign anything.

A link works for one submission. When you made it about particular dates, it stops working at the end of the first day, since a trip that has started is no longer something to ask about; a link about no particular date keeps working until it is used. After it has been used, opening it again says so and sends nothing. You can end an unused link early from Settings, then CRM, then Inquiry links, where every link you have made is listed with what became of it.
